The staff hardly greet you, instead the guest greets the staff ?. Most of the staff pretend they are busy with the works till no time to greet the guest. Smile ? Oh it is very expensive here in Ibis.

Internet is never free anywhere. Expensive. And a very stupid data cap at 250 MB per day. Seriously. Think 1 hour of surfing and its dead. Wont come back

There is no free internet in the rooms here.The one is only near the reception.It's an odd logic of service while the common tendency is totally opposite.Australia suffers from a lack of good service.

Avoid the luggage storage lockers. They eat your money & the hotel can't/won't refund it.
