BrianL says the hotel charges 80 USD for a cab to the international AirPort: that's about the regular fee for a private cab, so normal. Ask for the shuttle bus for USD15 pp. Pick up at the hotel.

Ar breakfast you can choose from the buffet, but also from a freshly made breakfast menu. Don't hesitate!
