Make sure you get a room at the back of the hotel. Rooms fronting Toorak Road are VERY noisy.

the night shift reception is one grumpy guy in the morning. the main entrance door is heavy so push harder. don't try to buzz for help cause it'll piss him off!

Clean with free breakfast. Free wifi is only up to 100 MB per 24 hrs.

Nice accommodation with quite reasonable price. Strategically located near to the South Yarra. Breakfast is included!
