Bring your own bottle opener, the front desk has only one for the ENTIRE hotel! However, I discovered that the design of the drawer pulls on the dressers can work quite nicely in a pinch. Be gentle!

Don't walk around your room management will give you a warning letter for having a party and people with Platinum status don't matter according to might shift.

The beds in 328 are, no doubt, THE most comfortable beds in the whole place! However, the toilet rocks from side to side. Gives a person the chance to work on balance while doing your "business".

I was in Room 103, my bed was ok, but I wish I'd been in 311, I hear their beds are really nice. The exercise room has a vending machine which is nice for ppl who want to exercise but not lose weight.

This is a awesome place to stay! The deals and tickets they give you our great!! And the complementary breakfast deodorant toothpaste etc. is excellent!

318 bed wasn't all that bad. Had a slight chemical burn from hot tub so careful there
