When cleaning the room, move furniture and vacuum. And when duster is in hand, dust everything. Not as clean as a room should be. Nice hotel and people but the room service is not good.

Not a very clean Holiday Inn. They puts sheets under and on top of the comforter, which had ring around the neck stains and lipstick on it. This usually a sign of it not being changed in MONTHS.

Very friendly staff. Need anything, just ask. Can get plenty of towels at front desk to use at pool if none are available.

Bring your own towels. 2 adults 2 kids in 1 room. 3 towels and no housekeeping or clean towels anywhere else in the hotel. WTF?
