Nice customer services and polite members. You cannot add a breakfast buffets in this hotel cuz no place for that however this is a great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants

Good staff, bad and slow WiFi, dryer machines don’t work well so be patient. Just two elevators working (by Dec 15th). Old but well maintained building, 2.5 out 5. Stay somewhere else.

I had a 2 room suite with kitchenette.Has a lot of freeway noise. Great accommodations near Downtown Burbank with lots of dining choices.

Very well located. A lot of good restaurants around the block. A minute from the highway. Clean room. Great beds.

I addition to aforementioned mold, the wall is damp and wall paper peeling! I will say it again, DO NOT STAY! I am leaving and going elsewhere!

At check-in, ask for a room facing South. You will have an amazing view!
