Wheelchair access patchy at best. Doors very small. Dining area hard to access. Staff passive aggressive after assistance sought.

Bring your phrase book. Most of the staff cannot speak English. Ironic considering most of the guests are.

Great hotel! The animation team is fantastic. Always smiling, very good with kids. The hotel is clean and the food is every day fresh. Large and safe parkingplace for cars.

It gets really busy end of July/August... You'll need to get to the pol early AND into the main bar early if you want a decent seat! check out the quiz in the habana bar!
