Comfortable enough business / event hotel, but aging, and only attractive at the manor house itself. Beyond that signature entrance, the rest of the hotel has all the charm of an elementary school.

Pool is good but the breakfast buffet is consistently weak. French toast was clearly made yesterday - completely stale

Don't use Mid Island Taxi service recommended by the hotel, arrange something else. $130 all in from there to midtown: driver rude, had to get gas, and taxi was leaking water because it was raining.

The bar is pretty primitive. Takes no advantage at all of potential for great views of the property - just a frat house attic with too much noise, no charm.

A cousin was married here when it was known as, The Harrison House. The food, the staff, the atmosphere was truly amazing. For an expensive wedding it was worth it.

Beautiful accommodations and scenery. Front desk staff is great, rest of staff leaves little to be desired. Bar 1910 is great!
