1)The service is bad and late ! No enough staff serve the residents!! 😐.. 2)no stuff for bath .. 3)Cafe at the lobby is good 😊 .. 4)the inside environment is a bit quite.. 5) poor in room coffee bar

Crowne Plaza rooms are dated and food inside the restaurant was mediocre but the service was decent

They have always treated my organization very well around this time for our Annual Ball Feb 25-27, 2016 So I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel at this present time..Keep up the good work

Was here for the DECA States conference last week. Loved the hotel. Super friendly staff (even with a couple thousand teenagers in the hotel!) and the restaurant was great. Bad internet connection...

I think someone was filming a porno in the next room.... but I had a wonderful weekend there for Monster Mania 19. However, the computers were down for awhile so it was late checking in.
