Negotiate the price , we got the best suite in the place for less than 50% of advertised, still dear and artwork wacky but a good break. Won't return though , bit disneyesque and tacky.

Not the best in terms of value. Very little 'Castle' actually left and huge amounts of steps to cope with. Not suitable for young children really.

Stay in the best suite think its the only refurbished room in the place. Very expensive but I don't do plastic showers

You sure pay for location only. Plastic tiny bathrooms and awful paitings covering some of the building's best features. Not to mention an owner with an ego bigger than Cornwall!

Loud german tourist and fungus on my cheese at breakfast...location makes up for something but not for rotten cheese

Not very good value for money. Creepy plastic cubicle bathroom. Breakfast is ok. Dinner not much more than pub food.
