Quality of service hing on who's serving you. If the owner is around, service is best class. Otherwise, you're at the mercy of nonprofessional waiters.

Excellent hôtel. Cadre très agréable, chambres spacieuses et service digne d'un 5 étoiles (ce qui est rare en Tunisie). Les Sfaxiens sont accueillants (comme d'hab) et la nourriture est excellente!

Best hotel in town. Un ses rares hotels en tunisie a avoir un service de 5 etoiles. Excellent restaurant. Et room service 24/24.. un bon restaurant avec des spécialités tunisiens "home made"
