Grand old building but with modern updates and facilities inside. Great room with a super comfortable bed. Excellent food in the brasserie and some of the friendliest staff you'll meet.

overpriced! Room small. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. No water available in room. Small bed. Uncomfortable mattress. We stayed at Hilton Syon Park last week for 1/2 the money & it was doubly as good!

The great hall takes your breath away! A precursor to the cathedral, built in the same style with an ornate ceiling boss stone. Civil weddings are held here and the hall bestows a magical atmosphere.
