Room condition not so good. Don't hv heater, air con not cool enough, bathroom water very small. However, the tour guide not bad. Do look for father tour guide, more experience.

Ask for Pho Se - he is a great guide! Showed us all over Mandalay and more - also knows the best Beer Stations!

Wonderful little guest house! Staff are super friendly and helpful… rooms and bathrooms are very clean - excellent value 4 money and ten times better than AD 1 Hotel one block away at the same price.
