The place is quiet and you need to climb up to the temples. You will see a lot of figurines with different facial expressions.

It’s lovely you should visit! 10.000 Buddha’s all different and special. You have to walk up the hill like 2km is not that tuff. Take pictures during the walk.

Beautiful place, rare big monastery in Hong Kong, great view, you can see wild monkeys, simple vegetarian restaurant.

Beware of the fake monks at the entry of the stairs to the monastery. I bet they are begging for money, but you shouldn't give them money.

Great little hidden gem in Hong Kong. Get here by taking Exit B at Sha Tin MTR station. Go left at HomeSquare and then right in front of the government office. You'll find the stairs at the left.
