Mediocre. The salt fried herring (a Bornholm speciality) was too dry and salty. Fish may be proudly smoked on site, but condiments are from cans and factories

Røgeriet is Bornholm's biggest (4 chimneys). Their "Solstrejf" with egg yoke, is superior to the "Sol over Gudhjem" you get in Gudhjem. Highly recommended, especially with a local Svaneke draught.
