Staff is iffy. They have a gluten sensitive menu. Just need to ask for it. They also serve gluten free Omission beer.

Comparable to any Longhorn or Outback. They overcooked my steak. You could probably find a better steak in Houston.

The ribs are amazing! They fall of the bone at the slightest touch. My dad had the mixed grill, also very good! The tortilla chicken soup was great too 👍
