Located on busy High Street, Preston amongst the string of scrumptious food establishments, Pho Hung have served substantial Pho for years now, but tonight the service was a tad slow(8.45PM Thursday).

service was iffy, pho was nice but they didnt use fresh noodles. avoid the non-traditional dishes... bit hit and miss.
