Average Brisket: on the dry side, needed a dip in sauce.Ribs were better: I just wasn’t a fan of the herb-y rub I tasted.Bacon wrapped shrimp: not bad.

You can smell this BBQ from the highway, seriously! Authentic Texas BBQ cooked right in front of you, you actually walk past the smokers while ordering. Be sure you don't skimp on the side dishes!
