Undisputed No. 1 for bad service, average food and rude managers in Springvale. They don't even honour bookings and make you wait anyway.

Don't wear open-toe footwear - the floors are filthy, not just in the toilets.

Try the Chicken Feet. They are the best I have had in Melbourne! Oh, and all the other dumplings as well :)
