Pancakes are great, OJ is fresh, and the eggs are ok. Ice cream is always great. This location is very clean and comfy.

Always feel obligated to order from the selections that come with the sundae. Kinda sucks that those selections are not the best they have to offer or the healthiest either.

Recently redone inside. It was clean. Get a table by the window or wall, less noise and your not looking at the people right on the other side of you through the square holes of the divider.
