Best Chinese food in Oxford in terms of both quality and price. The lunch buffet is one of the best hidden gems in town, and they didn't get rid of steamed rice; its on a side table in a pot

You will feel Luke absolute hell the rest of the day, but I keep going back. They did get rid of their steamed rice which sucks.
