Find a hidden gem of Swiss cuisine which has dedicated itself work with local ingrediences a long time ago. I recommend fish or beef as main dish.

The food is fantastic!!!!! Known for its local market finds in fish and veggies, be prepared for a great meal. Do NOT come here hungry! They specifically say the meal takes time. Don't rush! Enjoy!!
