AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! Every damn time. Waitress is stupid. Spinach & artichoke dip was brought out with chip crumbs. My husband's meal was missing the shrimp. Refills took at least 20 minutes to get. Ugh

C'mon haters; it's Applebees not Mortons Steak House. The food is consistent and if you give a smile you'll get one.
