We went there for Sunday lunch, because everyone said how great it is, but over done rib of beef roast potatoes that were so hard I wasn’t sure if they had been deep fried, chef ? I don’t think so.

Excellent wine list, seasonal menu, limited vegetarian options but everything done well.

Lovely old building in a lovely spot. No children's menu but they were happy to accommodate and offered suitable dishes. The food was very good, the prices were in line with other similar venues.
