Last time I stopped in I ordered a warm specialty bagel and they gave it to me raw untoasted anyways... def sucks!!!

Stood at counter for three minutes inside and Noone greeted me. Two people looked right at me and kept doing what they were doing while the drivethrough lady talked to those customers!!!
