They were kind of skimpy with their ice cream. The person helping me didn't give me all the ice cream and moved it to the side like they do when "cleaning" off the mixing area, wasting cream.

Seriously lacking in customer service. It should NOT take several minutes 2 get greeted when I am the only customer & there are 2 employees standing behind the counter having a personal conversation.

It's nice that cold stone has a lot of options but the actual ice cream is so low quality it's not worth it. This is the last time I get fooled.
