They get EXTREMLY sensitive when u ask for something ADDED to ure sandwich. So much so that they dont give napkins or ketchup, just bcuz of it. Smh... I report it EVERY-TIME! ;-) Dont mess w/ my meal.

Ask for it *hot off the broiler, they have a button for that on the register!
