Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Really feels like a family. Good amount of space to grab food or coffee. Can get crowded but never feels overwhelming, just bustling.

They should really have a sign posted when they are out of stuff... Waited in line 20 minutes, out of pumpkin syrup.

Breakfast is fantastic. Coffee is strong. Quiche is delicious, but get there early before it sells out. There's always a wait for it, so go when you aren't in a rush. Rudy, Heather and Fern rock!
