If you are in Sintra, make sure to try Travesseiro and Queijads. Both are sweet dishes, more like pasteries but not very sweet. Go for it!

Authentic Travesseiro de Sintra is a must have. Sure, you can get a box of them at the airport, but they don't taste anywhere near as good as having a least a couple in Sintra

Ben, Piriquita est à Sintra, ce que la Fabrique des Pasteis de Belém est à Belém et Lisbonne : passer sans y aller, c'est louper quelque chose !!
