While most of the staff is well meaning there is always some issue. If there was another, nearby option for printing I'd be there SO fast.

Even if there is another associate that can help you, they won't. I just needed to pick up a print job that was already done and had to wait ten minutes. PS they are not pet friendly.

Really slow and disorganized. Line of 4 people, one person is working at customer service and the other comes out from the back asking loudly "do you know how to apply for another position?"
