Hire purchase total 6 counters. Only open 3. For settlement it takes more than 20minutes to serve 1 customer and is only 1 counter available. Pathetic service.

After the Best Hire Purchase Manager left this bank new the new manager set a lots of rules and the bank become very slow and lousy.. people queuing and waiting for a long time..
