M favorite thing to do is visit The Wittliff Collection on Texas State’s campus on the top floor of the library. It has amazing works including a phenomenal collection of Lonesome Dove memorabilia.

The quiet floor is the 6th floor! So don't go scolding study groups for talking on the 7th because you want to nap. Just sayin

This is a great place to read a book. Alkek also has plenty of chairs if you enjoy sitting.
