Blake & Carmen (service reps) are the best there! Very professional and friendly. They always try their best to get you in and out quick. When you are there, ask for them in the pull-up service valet.

Carmen, one of the Service Advisors, is great! They had to keep my car for a week for warranty work, but she kept me up to date on everything and made sure I had a great loaner. Two thumbs up.

Took two hours for an oil change, then they proceeded to sell me a timing belt repair service. Granted the oil change was free because of a birthday coupon, but I'm getting my maintenance elsewhere.

Warranty is worthless, required services every few months, staff is clueless and wait times for services are 5 times what they would be outside of the dealership. Wont buy another car here.

The lifetime warranty is useless. They kept making me buy these these periodic maintenance packages that went up to ridiculous prices or they wouldn't honor their warranty.
