PRONTO WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE & do nothing about it!!! The google reviews speak for themselves. They're Absolute Scum!!! They removed the clear coat on my rare honda rims and chipped the paint.

Wouldn't recommend. Had my interior cleaned and they ruined the finish. My wife spoke to the manager Gary and he did nothing to remedy the damage. Tony, the other manager, did nothing too. Horrible.

Don't even think of going to this place. It dropped white blobs of soap or wax on my new convertible top and the manager, complete ass that he is, said it was paint & refused to run it through again.

This was my first visit to Pronto Car Wash and I was 100% impressed. There was a looooong line an I was still in and out in less than 30 minutes. Ask for Mike - my car is spotless and completely dry!

The car wash was great, all except the BODY DAMAGE!!! Which they were unapologetic for. My advice is to was it yourself or hope for rain.

Don't leave any money in your car, even in your childs car seat cup holders. They will take all of it
