Found myself laughing out loud at the Jane Austen quotes throughout the museum. Dress ups and writing with a quill was a hit with the kids. Engaging staff.

A fantastic afternoon tea is beeing served in the café on second floor. We had the best scones ever here. The museum is not that good.

overpriced and overpriced place. Three rooms with a couple of regency era costumes, Jane Austen’ wax figure, and text boards you can read at Wikipedia. Gift shop is expensive (10 quid for a bookmark!)

I have read almost all of Jane Austen’s book and I thought that I knew everything about her but never was I so wrong! Such a magical place with so much history of Jane and her family.

Exhibition starts with a live talk that commences either at quarter past or quarter to. Don't miss it like I did, otherwise you'll be waiting for 30 mins for the next one!

Home to the fabulous Jane Austen Tea Rooms - try the cream scones, they're delicious! You can find many copies of Austen's books at the Waterstones on Milsom St. in a dedicated Jane Austen section.

Wonderful Austen themed afternoon teas. Jane Austen blend tea is particularly delicious. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Recommend booking if a large party visiting at peak time

A must for die hard Jane Austen fans. Morning tea at the tea rooms on the top floor is very good!

Very nice tea & scones in the tea rooms. The exhibition itself is a bit underwhelming - just a talk and a one room exhibit.
